What is your biggest internet marketing problem? Part 2

Filed Under (Blogging) by James on 28-09-2008

Another problem facing newbie is finding niche products to sell. You may heard of using keyword research software to find niches.

What the software does is to help you find keywords with high search volume and low competing pages.

Once you find your niche keywords then you can start building website around those keywords.

The next step is to optimize your website to get high google ranking. Once your site is optimized, you will see sales coming in.

Carlocab is a highly optimized site for the keyword “make money online”.

There is nothing wrong with doing keyword research to find niche. In fact most internet marketers I know do that.

But for newbie, I think you should focus on what really interest you to find your niche and not depend on a software. You have to ask yourself what you are good at that you can talk about.

If you are good at something, why not sell your service or product.

If you are good at making specialized muffins or cakes, why not start an online store and sell it.

If you collect unique stuffs, why not sell it at ebay.

Only after you have decided what your interest is and what you are going to sell then it will be logical to do a keyword research to determine if there is a demand for your products.

If there is a demand, then it is good news for you. If not, you just have to continue finding the niche with high demand that will make you money.
