For example, the word “acne” is searched more than 5 million times a month! If your website is rank in the first page for the keyword “acne”, you will be making alot of money!

You can see that Google also showed other keywords related to acne.

If you do not know anything about acne, how are you going to write something about it and at the same time recommend a product to earn some commission.
